We currently ship to addresses within Canada and the contiguous United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories).

Complimentary Shipping

All orders within Canada and the contiguous U.S. include complimentary tracked shipping. No minimums, no additional fees.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Canada: 3–6 business days

  • United States: 6–12 business days

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

How U.S. Orders Are Shipped

To ensure smooth, worry-free delivery, Fulkhari ships all U.S. orders DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). This means:

  • All duties, taxes, and import fees are fully covered by us.

  • Order clears U.S. Customs without any action required on your end.

  • You will never receive surprise charges upon delivery.

Why Your U.S. Tracking May Show International Routing

All U.S. orders are dispatched from Canada. Our U.S. bound shipments are handled by trusted logistics partners who use secure, consolidated routing to optimize speed and reliability.

Because of this, you may notice your parcel passing through an international hub (such as Amsterdam) before entering the United States.

This is completely normal and helps your package move smoothly through customs and final-mile delivery.

Customs & Processing Times

While most orders move quickly, occasional U.S. Customs holds may add a few business days to the delivery window. This is a standard part of cross-border shipping and does not require any action from you.
